Returns and Refunds

River's Room's return policy is easy and seamless. Exchanges or refunds must be lodged online through our 'Contact Us' section and one of our team will be in contact with you to arrange your exchange or refund. 

Exchanges: for incorrect sizing etc. Additional postage to be paid by customer.

Refunds/Returns: available for faulty items (excludes shipping cost).

NO RETURNS FOR SALE ITEMS.

All returns/exchanges must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your item.
